PCRL is excited to share that the official PLEIADES YouTube channel has just launched, and its first video is now live.
PLEIADES Project is focused on advancing aerospace composites through induction welding and novel vitrimeric formulations, enhanced by integrated photonic sensors. By providing data to the digital supply chain, structural health monitoring (SHM), and maintenance, the project aims to enable more sustainable, efficient, and circular aerospace manufacturing.
PLEIADES will bring together key technologies in:

🔹 Automation of induction welding with integrated sensing
🔹 Structural health monitoring and unified QA methods
🔹 Healing, disassembly, and recycling protocols
🔹 Digital Twin development for aviation
This marks the beginning of a video series that will showcase how PLEIADES is working towards the future of sustainable and digital aviation, in synergy with the Clean Aviation partnership.
